1. Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Canada. Employees of Donini Chocolate L.P. and associated partners, their related companies and agencies, and the immediate families of the above listed persons are not eligible to enter this promotion.

​

3. The promotion commences 9:30am on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, and closes 8pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.

​

4. The prizes consist of four (4) $30.00 Easter Chocolate and Candy Baskets.

​

5. There is one winner per age division. These age divisions are:

                  a) Under 5 years old

                  b) Ages 5 to 7

                  c) Ages 8-11

                  d) Ages 12+

​

6. To enter, entrants must complete one of the Easter colour-in sheets, filled out with the entrant’s name, age, and contact information. If any of the information is missing, the entry will be ineligible. One entry per person.

​

7. Colouring-in sheets are available at Donini Chocolate Retail Store or online, or you can download and print a copy at the link on our website www.doninichocolate.com, from 9:30am Wednesday, March 18, 2020 to 8pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.

​

8. Entries must be dropped off at the Donini Chocolate Retail Store by 8:00pm Wednesday, April 8th, 2020, to be entered to win one of the prize baskets.

​

9. Donini Chocolate will conduct a winner selection on the morning of Thursday, April 9th 2020; four (4) winners will be selected. The winning entries will be judged on creativity at the judge’s discretion.

​

10. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email on Thursday, April 9th, 2020. The judge’s decision is final.

​

11. If selected winners cannot be contacted by Donini Chocolate staff by phone or email by Thursday, April 9th, 2020 at 6:00pm, prizes will be re-drawn and new winner(s) selected. These winners will be redrawn at 6:00pm on Thursday, April 9th, 2020.

​

12. Prizes can be collected once each winner is announced, during Retail Store Hours.

​

13. The winner’s details will be used by Donini Chocolate L.P. for the purpose of distributing the prizes and to promote their winning entries via the website, Facebook, and Instagram.

​

14. The prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable, and they cannot be redeemed as cash. The winners must be able to pick up their prize at the Donini Chocolate Retail Store, located at 335 Bell, Blvd., Belleville, Ontario. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prizes shall be the sole responsibility of the corresponding prize winners.

16. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tempering with any portion of the competition, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the competition, the judges reserve the right to terminate the competition and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all entries received as of the date of termination.

​

15. Donini Chocolate L.P. and its staff is not responsible for any human error which may occur in the processing of entries in this promotion.

​

16.
